Peaceful Ponds began in Federal Way, Washington, 1994, on a lot size of 90'x 120', with a dream of expanding to what you see now. This building is in Roy, Washington and sits on a 2.3 acre piece of land with a private home in front. The year is 2001.  The beginning of our dream come true.
In 2002, one of the greenhouses got the walls up and in 2003 a 45'x 25'x 8' pond got dug and liner put in just before winter, to free up space in the fish part of the building, so that the boarders could be housed for the winter. Come spring we hope to start the rocking of the pond and put the plastic on the greenhouse. Lots to do.
Once the gravel was laid it only took a week for them to get the walls and roof on. Within a couple of days the concrete was poured so that we could have a dry place for the tanks and office to go.

Pond under construction in the fall of 2003.  Grandson,Jay, helps Gil with the setting in of the piping for the filtration system that will go at back of pond.
